The personal portrait assignment was a quick and easy assignment in which you had to take an existing photo of yourself and clean it up a bit. What I mean by cleaning up a bit is getting rid of facial blemishes, imperfections, etc. Luckily i am pretty good as well as getting rid of imperfections naturally so there was very little to get rid of.
I took my existing personal portrait and turned it into a collage by getting rid of the color and adding a woodgrain to the black and white background. I like wood and love to work with it so that is why I chose the woodgrain.
The chimera assignment was a fun assignment that involved taking three animals and morphing them together and making them appear as if they were a natural creature. My chimera combines a tortoise, a giant anteater, and a platypus.
The environmental poster was quite a project because it was combining two images into one, but mine was a 50's black and white photo and a color photograph. I used the clean water group, that was formed in the 70's in response to the Cuyahoga River fire, which is the bottom picture.
